Qualifications

• Read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions.
• Document events in writing and prepare routine correspondence.
• Operate the hotel mobile phone and access information in the PMS system.
• Speak effectively before groups of customers in English.
• Use computer systems to input and retrieve guest data and payments.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests on call notification for check-ins, emergencies, noise complaints, and safety issues.
• Maintain control of all hotel keys and safeguard against theft.
• Log keys in and out as needed.
• Process limited check-ins/check-outs including greeting, registering guests, issuing keys, and collecting payments.
