The role includes on-site lodging in exchange for overnight on-call duties, with responsibilities covering check-ins, safety, and guest support.

The position emphasizes timely response within 30 minutes, key control, and effective communication while maintaining hotel policies and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Ability to respond to overnight needs within 30 minutes.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests on call notification for check-ins, emergencies, or noise concerns.
• Maintain control of all hotel keys and safeguard from mishandling or theft.
• Log keys in and out when necessary.
• Organize, confirm, process, and conduct limited guest check-ins/check-outs including registering guests and collecting payments.
• Keep abreast of hotel policies, safety procedures, and communicate them as needed.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with first responders as necessary.
• Cover other hotel locations if staffing needs arise.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
