Residence Inn NYC by Stonebridge Companies is seeking a Night Auditor to close the day by balancing revenues, performing bookkeeping, and assisting guests with check-ins and check-outs during overnight hours. You will use the property management system, verify payments, support guest inquiries, coordinate with overnight staff, and ensure security and accuracy of records while maintaining excellent service.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Proficient in basic bookkeeping and balancing financial transactions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with property management systems and office software.
• Detail-oriented with good problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and assign rooms to hotel guests.
• Verify payments and process credit authorizations.
• Balance daily receipts and revenues; perform income audits.
• Assist guests with check-out; resolve discrepancies.
• Answer phones; direct inquiries or assist guests.
• Coordinate with overnight housekeeping/maintenance staff.
• Make and confirm reservations; ensure accurate data entry.
• Provide information on hotel services and local attractions.
• Document guest feedback and escalate issues to management.
• Conduct nightly bucket checks and help maintain security.
