Stonebridge Companies in New York, NY seeks an Assistant Guest Service Manager - Overnight to oversee hotel operations during night hours, supervise the night staff, and ensure accurate nightly audits alongside exceptional guest service and safety.

The role requires 2+ years in front office supervision, strong leadership, and proficiency with hotel PMS and check-in/check-out processes. Flexible nights/shifts, and collaboration with Front Office leadership are expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of front office or guest services supervisory experience in hotel/hospitality.
• Familiarity with hotel night audit practices and procedures.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills for managing a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with guests, staff, and management.
• Proficiency in property management systems, reservations, and check-in/check-out processes.
• Ability to resolve guest issues professionally and timely.
• Experience with scheduling, training and staff development.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in front office operations.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests, check them in, and allocate rooms promptly and courteously.
• Oversee check-in/check-out procedures and ensure accurate guest information and billing.
• Address guest problems or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Perform nightly audits to balance revenues, receipts, and ledgers.
• Maximize room occupancy while following overbooking policy.
• Coordinate with housekeeping/maintenance to resolve overnight issues.
• Ensure accurate entry of guest charges and daily balance of accounts.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in front office areas and adherence to service standards.
• Monitor security and act as MOD/fire brigade leader during emergencies.
