Stonebridge at Marriott Hotel - Saddle Brook, NJ is seeking a Night Auditor to oversee nightly close, balance revenues, and handle guest check-ins/check-outs. You will assist guests, verify payments, and ensure smooth overnight operations using the property management system.

This full-time, non-exempt position requires strong bookkeeping skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work overnight shifts including weekends and holidays. Training and room for growth are provided.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
• Proficiency in basic bookkeeping and balancing financial transactions.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• PMS proficiency and using standard office software.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Aufgaben

• Greet, register, and assign rooms to hotel guests.
• Verify payment methods and process credit authorizations.
• Maintain records of room availability and guest accounts in the PMS.
• Balance daily receipts and revenues; perform income audits.
• Assist guests with check-out processes and resolve discrepancies.
• Answer calls promptly and direct inquiries to appropriate staff.
• Coordinate with overnight housekeeping or maintenance to resolve issues.
• Make and confirm reservations with accurate data entry.
• Provide guests with information on hotel services and local attractions.
• Document guest feedback and escalate issues to management.
