Stonebridge Companies in Saddle Brook, NJ, is seeking a Night Auditor to close each business day by balancing revenues, performing bookkeeping tasks, and assisting guests with check-ins and check-outs during overnight hours.

The role requires proficiency with hotel systems, strong communication, and the ability to work independently overnight, including weekends and holidays. This is a full-time, on-site position at Marriott Hotel - Saddle Brook, NJ.

Formación

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency in basic bookkeeping and balancing transactions.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Proficient in property management systems and office software.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Detail-oriented with organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Greet, register, and assign rooms to hotel guests.
• Verify payment methods and process authorizations.
• Maintain records of room availability and guest accounts.
• Balance daily receipts and revenues; conduct income audits.
• Assist guests with check-out and resolve discrepancies.
• Answer calls and direct inquiries or assist guests.
• Coordinate with overnight housekeeping or maintenance to resolve issues.
• Make and confirm reservations with accurate data entry.
• Provide information on hotel services and local attractions.
• Document guest feedback and escalate issues as needed.
• Perform nightly bucket checks to ensure hotel standards.
• Contribute to security and safety during overnight shifts.
