Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet members and assist with front desk check-in during overnight shift.
• Assist enrollment and answer membership questions; provide tours as needed.
• Promote services and add-ons (Personal Training, classes) to members.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate when required to management.
• Maintain a clean, safe, well-maintained club floor and locker rooms.
