Job summary

24 Hour Fitness USA, LLC is seeking an Overnight Sales & Service Associate to provide a welcoming, member-focused experience on the club floor overnight. You’ll greet members, answer questions about memberships, offer tours, and help members take the right next steps in fitness goals.

You will resolve member concerns, maintain a clean and safe environment, promote in-club promotions, and work with a Personal Trainer to set up onboarding for new members.

Qualifications

• All 24 Hour Fitness membership sales and administrative processes.
• Computer skills for using 24 Hour Fitness systems and other common applications as needed.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong communication skills both oral and written.
• Organization skills.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet members with a friendly check-in and promptly address their needs.
• Provide tours and discuss amenities and membership options.
• Inspire members to achieve personal fitness goals and connect with available services.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate through proper channels as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe club environment and assist with on-floor duties.
• Assist onboarding for new members with a Personal Trainer and ensure successful setup.
