Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to learn and apply company cleaning practices and policies.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to work on-site.
• Ability to pass background checks and obtain required certifications within stated timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist with tours, sign-ups, and membership information.
• Process memberships, cancellations, and payments accurately using the POS system.
• Answer phones and handle member questions promptly and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness of the club and assist with routine duties as needed.
