Job summary

24 Hour Fitness USA, LLC is seeking an Overnight Sales & Service Operator who greets members, answers questions, and assists with onboarding and memberships. You will promote services, lead tours, and support promotions while maintaining a clean, welcoming gym environment.

The role requires strong customer service and communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to work overnight. CPR/AED certification is required and training is provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• CPR & AED certification required (provided by 24 Hour Fitness).
• 6–12 months of customer service experience.
• Overnight shift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members and guests on overnight shifts.
• Engage guests, answer questions about memberships, and promote services.
• Assist with onboarding and tours for new members.
• Support retail and add-on membership promotions within the club.
• Maintain clean, friendly, and safe club environment.
