Job summary

24 Hour Fitness USA, LLC is seeking an Overnight Sales & Service role responsible for greeting members, answering questions, and guiding guests toward enrollment and fitness goals. You will maintain club cleanliness and support promotional activities while delivering a best-in-class member experience.

The position reports to the Sales & Service Manager and offers opportunities to upsell services such as Personal Training and Add-On Memberships while ensuring a welcoming environment during the

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• CPR and AED certification required (provided by 24 Hour Fitness).
• SSO training (Club Orientation and Club Safety) must be completed before working alone at front desk.
• 6–12 months of customer service experience required; overnight shift experience preferred.
• Experience operating multiple phone lines preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members with a friendly check-in and promptly address needs.
• Serve as a resource for member questions and concerns.
• Resolve member issues; escalate through proper channels when needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment on club floor and locker rooms.
• Conduct regular team cleans and identify equipment or amenities needing service.
• Support enrollment, tours, and on-site promotions; promote Personal Training and Add-On memberships as appropriate.
• Promote in-club promotions and assist with selling retail products.
