Job summary

24 Hour Fitness USA, LLC is seeking an Overnight Sales & Service Member Engagement specialist to greet members, answer questions, and promote memberships and services. You will assist with tours, onboarding, and promotions while ensuring a clean, welcoming club environment.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, clear communication, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting while adhering to corporate service commitments.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months of customer service experience.
• Overnight shift experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
• CPR & AED certification required (provided through 24 Hour Fitness).
• Must complete SSO training before working alone at the front desk.

Responsibilities

• Engage members with a friendly greeting and prompt service.
• Assist guests with tours, amenities, and membership questions.
• Promote in-club promotions and Personal Training services.
• Maintain a clean, safe club environment and assist with laundry/locker rooms as needed.
• Report to the Sales & Service Manager and participate in commission plans.
