Qualifications

• CPR & AED certification is required; provided through 24 Hour Fitness.
• Must complete SSO training prior to working alone at the front desk.
• 6–12 months of customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members with a friendly check-in and address needs.
• Assist enrollment and guide tours to onboard new members.
• Promote in-club promotions and upsell services.
• Maintain clean and safe club areas and assist with floor coverage.
