Job summary

24 Hour Fitness is seeking an Overnight Sales & Service Specialist to deliver exceptional member service on a dedicated overnight shift at our Houston Richmond Ave club. You will greet members, assist with memberships, and help guests navigate amenities while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

The role includes engaging with members, promoting services such as Personal Training and group offerings, and supporting in-club promotions.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• CPR and AED certification from an approved organization is required. CPR & AED certification will be provided through 24 Hour Fitness.
• Must complete SSO training (Club Orientation and Club Safety) prior to working alone at the front desk.
• Must have 6-12 months experience in customer service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members with a friendly greeting at check-in and assist with needs.
• Engage guests with tours, discuss amenities, and answer membership questions.
• Promote in-club promotions and add-on services (Personal Training, etc.).
• Maintain knowledge of current retail products and merchandising standards.
• Support a clean, safe club environment on the floor and in locker rooms.
