Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests on call for check-ins, emergencies, noise complaints, and safety situations.
• Maintain control of all hotel keys and log them as needed.
• Organize and conduct limited guest check-ins/check-outs; greet guests, assign rooms, issue keys, collect payments.
• Keep up with hotel policies, training, and safety procedures.
• Report safety concerns per company policy.
• Provide guests with directions and information about amenities and local areas.
• Post payments to guest folios and run reports when necessary.
• Maintain proficiency in location computer systems including PMS.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with first responders when needed.
• May cover other nearby hotels during staffing shortages.
• Other duties as assigned.
