Job summary

Extended Stay America in Beaumont, TX is seeking a Night Service Representative (Part Time) to respond to on-call business needs during overnight hours when the lobby is closed and ensure services are courteous, safe, and of high quality to maintain guest satisfaction.

The associate must be able to respond within 30 minutes of notification and perform key handling, late check-ins, and emergencies as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• Ability to respond to overnight business needs within 30 minutes of notification.
• Attention to safety, guests, and security, with proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests on notification from outside service for check-ins, emergencies, and complaints.
• Manage hotel keys, logging in/out and safeguarding from mishandling or theft.
• Assist with limited after-hours check-ins/check-outs and guest communications.
• Maintain proficiency with location computer systems and PMS.
• Log events, run reports and post payments to guest folios when needed.
• Cover other nearby hotels if staffing needs arise.
