Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 months of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests on call for check-ins, emergencies, or safety issues.
• Maintain control and logging of hotel keys and access items.
• Process limited guest check-ins/check-outs, greet guests, and collect payments when needed.
• Keep up-to-date with hotel policies, safety procedures, and incident reporting.
• Assist guests with directions and information about services and local area.
• May cover other nearby hotels if staffing requires.
