Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to operate hotel PMS and basic computer tasks.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests by phone or on-call notifications during overnight shifts.
• Safeguard and track hotel keys to prevent loss or theft.
• Assist with limited after-hours check-ins/check-outs and payments when needed.
• Log events, run simple reports, and post payments to guest folios.
