Job summary

Hotel Management and Consulting, Inc. is seeking an Onsite Night Guest Attendant to be the face of the property, primarily handling evening and overnight duties. The role requires guest service excellence, property oversight, and hands-on tasks in a small hospitality team.

You will perform inspections, assist guests, manage laundry and cleaning, and follow emergency procedures while staying available for after-hours needs. This position includes living onsite with a provided room.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in customer service.
• Hotel operations experience preferred.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive in solving problems.
• Willing to work a changing schedule.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular property inspections during the night to ensure safety and security.
• Assist with check-in and check-out of guests after hours with high-level customer service.
• Complete laundry tasks including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
• Perform cleaning tasks as needed and stock/ distribute cleaning supplies across the property.
• Know and follow property emergency procedures to ensure guest and property security.
• Be on call overnight for after-hours guest needs and respond promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
