Job summary

Hotel Management and Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Night Guest Attendant to serve as the face of the property during the overnight hours. You will work independently, handling guest needs with professionalism and a strong service mindset.

The role includes property inspections, laundry and cleaning duties, and adherence to emergency procedures, while supporting guests with late check-in/out and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in customer service; hotel operations experience preferred.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work a changing schedule.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the property at night to ensure safety and security.
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out during after-hours, delivering quality service.
• Handle laundry duties: wash, dry, fold and organize linens and towels.
• Perform cleaning tasks and prepare rooms; restock supplies as needed.
• Follow emergency procedures to protect guests and property.
• Other duties as assigned.
