Job summary

Hotel Management & Consulting is seeking an Onsite Night Guest Attendant who will be the face of the property, handling after-hours guest needs and coordinating overnight tasks. This position requires staying onsite, often working evening shifts and being on call overnight to oversee operations.

Ideal candidates bring customer service experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage a changing overnight schedule while maintaining security and cleanliness across the property.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in customer service; hotel operations experience preferred.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive in solving problems.
• Willing to work a changing schedule.

Responsibilities

• Property inspections during the night to ensure safety and security.
• Assist with checking in/out guests during after-hours and provide excellent service.
• Complete laundry duties: wash, dry, fold and organize linens and towels; maintain laundry area.
• Perform cleaning tasks as needed and prep rooms left by day shift housekeeping.
• Know and follow property emergency procedures and ensure guest security.
• Be on call overnight for afterhours guest needs.
• Other duties as assigned.
