Job summary

Hotel Management and Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Night Guest Attendant to be the face of our property, delivering professional, guest-focused service during the overnight shift.

You will perform property inspections, assist guests with late check-in/out, manage laundry, and handle cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure a safe, welcoming environment for all guests. This role offers opportunities for growth within a small hospitality team.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in customer service; hotel operations experience preferred.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive in solving problems.
• Willing to work a changing schedule.

Responsibilities

• Property inspections during the night to ensure safety and security.
• Assist guests with check-ins and check-outs after hours, providing excellent service.
• Handle laundry duties: wash, dry, fold, and organize linens and towels; keep laundry area tidy.
• Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks; restock supplies and prepare rooms as needed.
• Follow emergency procedures and ensure property and guest security.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
