Job summary

Hotel Management & Consulting is seeking a positive, professional Night Guest Attendant to be the face of our property and the first point of contact for guests during the overnight shift.

This role works largely independently, performing property inspections, guest services, laundry, cleaning, and emergency procedures to ensure safety and guest satisfaction. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, and flexibility with a changing schedule is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in customer service; hotel operations experience preferred.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive in solving problems.
• Willing to work a changing schedule.

Responsibilities

• Property inspections: conduct regular night inspections for safety and security.
• Guest services: assist with after-hours check-ins and check-outs and address guest needs.
• Laundry duties: wash, dry, fold, and organize linens and towels; maintain laundry area.
• Cleaning & maintenance: vacuum, dust, sanitize public areas, stock supplies, and prep rooms not cleared by day team.
• Emergency procedures: know and follow hotel emergency protocols and ensure guest/security needs are met.
• Other duties as assigned.
