Job summary

Hotel Management and Consulting, Inc. is seeking an Onsite Night Guest Attendant who is positive, professional, and problem-solving.

You will be the face of the property, providing superior guest service, performing night‑time checks, and coordinating after-hours needs while living onsite. This role requires flexibility for evening shifts, overnight on-call coverage, and a willingness to handle a variety of duties in a hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in customer service; hotel operations experience preferred.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proactive in solving problems.
• Willing to work a changing schedule.

Responsibilities

• Property inspections: conduct regular night inspections for safety and security.
• Guest services: assist with after-hours check-in/out and guest needs.
• Laundry duties: wash, dry, fold, and organize linens and towels.
• Cleaning & maintenance: vacuum, dust, sanitize public areas, prep rooms as needed.
• Emergency procedures: know and follow property emergency procedures.
• On call needs: regularly be on call overnight for guest needs.
• Other duties as assigned.
