Job summary

Extended Stay America in Scottsdale seeks a Part Time NSR Suites associate to respond to overnight on-call needs, including guest key issues, emergencies, and after-hours check-ins. This role offers on-site living and requires timely response within ~30 minutes of notification.

Responsibilities include breakfast setup, guest check-ins/check-outs, safeguarding keys, basic bookkeeping, and staying current with hotel policies. Strong communication and computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Live onsite opportunity and overnight on-call schedule.
• Must respond to overnight needs typically within 30 minutes of notification.

Responsibilities

• Work in a GSR capacity and set up/maintain breakfast from 5:30 AM to 7:00 AM daily.
• Attend to guests on call for check-ins, emergencies, noise complaints, and safety issues.
• Maintain control of all hotel keys and logging keys in/out as needed.
• Process limited guest check-ins/check-outs including greeting/registering guests, assigning rooms, issuing keys, and collecting payments when necessary.
• Stay updated on hotel policies, safety procedures, and property information.
• Provide directions and information about amenities, services, hours, and local areas of interest.
• Perform bookkeeping tasks such as logging events, running reports, and posting payments.
• Maintain proficiency in location computer and software systems.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with first responders as needed.
• May cover other nearby hotels during staffing needs.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
