Qualifications

• Demonstrates ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, check them in, and provide information for their stay.
• Respond to guests and inquiries with professional, courteous service.
• Answer calls and emails promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate quick solutions for guest issues and ensure proper follow-up.
• Perform hotel accounting functions and reconcile cashier transactions.
• Keep lobby area clean and welcoming; assist with breakfast setup.
• Learn property systems and run necessary reports.
• Serve as Manager on duty for overnight shift when needed.
• Follow cash handling and security procedures.
