Job summary

HM Alpha Hotels & Resorts in San Diego area is seeking a Night Auditor responsible for overnight financial reconciliation and guest services. You will balance revenue, prepare reports, and act as the Manager on Duty during the night shift.

The role emphasizes accuracy, independent decision-making, and strong guest relations, with a focus on seamless transition between shifts and proactive problem solving. Marriott Del Mar location may require evening hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Guest Service or Front Desk experience preferred.
• Successful completion of a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily audit procedures in compliance with hotel and company standards.
• Verify wake-up call requests and ensure proper servicing.
• Balance and reconcile cash receipts and transactions for deposits.
• Reset front office systems and operations for the next business day.
• Serve as Guest Service representative and Manager on Duty overnight.
• Operate the PBX system during the audit shift.
• Participate in front office meetings and training sessions.
• Greet and assist guests with a welcoming, professional demeanor.
• Other duties as assigned.
