Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct nightly audit procedures per hotel standards.
• Balance and reconcile cash receipts and transactions.
• Prepare revenue reports and reset front office systems for the next day.
• Serve as Guest Service representative and Manager on Duty overnight.
• Operate the PBX system during the audit shift.
• Greet guests with a welcoming and professional demeanor.
• Participate in front office meetings and training.
