White Lodging is seeking a full-time overnight Night Auditor to balance hotel transactions, run nightly audit reports, and deliver exceptional guest service while guests sleep. Qualifications

• Prior hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with accurate balancing and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for hotel guests during overnight hours, handling check-in/out and requests.
• Balance all hotel and restaurant transactions during nightly audits, including card and cash handling.
• Run nightly audit reports and prepare end-of-night financial summaries for management review.
• Read and explain standard hotel reports and folios, ensuring security and confidentiality of guest data.
• Respond to guest concerns professionally and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
