Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality seeks a Night Auditor for the Westin San Diego Bayview to oversee overnight operations and ensure accurate nightly balancing of all accounts. You’ll greet guests, handle late-night reservations, and generate essential nightly reports in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven setting.

The ideal candidate brings a year of hotel experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently on Windows-based tools and daily audits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year in a hotel or related field.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on overnight shift and assist with check-ins and reservations.
• Balance night audit transactions and finalize daily books.
• Conduct regular security walks to ensure guest safety.
• Prepare Daily Flash Report and other management reports.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain smooth overnight operations.
• Use Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing to solve problems independently.
