Job summary

Sleep Inn is seeking a Night Auditor to join their team. The Night Auditor is the face of the hotel during overnight hours, providing superior service to guests and handling check-in/out in the PMS.

Responsibilities include balancing accounts and responding to guest needs with promptness. The ideal candidate brings hotel customer service experience, brand familiarity, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and the Property Management System.

Qualifications

• Customer Service experience, in a hotel setting preferred.
• Brand experience is a plus.
• High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Computer knowledge including intranet, Property management system, WORD, and EXCEL is strongly preferred.
• Must have valid driver's license, and acceptable driving history subject to company approval.
• Typical Schedule: Overnights, 11 PM-7 AM; weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and complete check-in/out in the property management system.
• Handle cash, credit card information and goods at the property.
• Provide information on hotel services and amenities and respond to guest requests.
• Take reservations and update/cancel them in the PMS.
• Organize shift paperwork and balance room accounts, running night audits.
