Lodging Dynamics Hospitality Group LLC is seeking a dedicated Night Auditor for our San Diego Downtown Bayside property. You will greet guests, check them in, verify information, and perform accurate nightly accounting and end-of-day closings.

The role requires strong math and communication skills, 2+ years in hospitality, and the ability to learn hotel software. You’ll respond to guest inquiries, coordinate wake-up calls, and contribute to a memorable guest experience.

Qualificações

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• 2+ years in customer service or hospitality.
• Ability to learn computer functions and POS systems.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests, check them in, and provide stay information.
• Process invoices, post checks to vendors and distribute employee checks.
• Respond to guest complaints, requests and emergencies.
• Reconcile all accounts daily.
• Verify end-of-day work across departments.
• Schedule wake-up calls and next-day reservations.
• Answer phones and take reservations.
• Respond to inquiries and ensure guest satisfaction.
