White Lodging is seeking a Night Auditor to join our hotel front desk and accounting team. This full-time overnight role focuses on accuracy, balance, and guest service, balancing transactions, running nightly audits, and delivering exceptional service while the world sleeps.

The ideal candidate brings hospitality experience or a strong willingness to learn, with attention to detail and a calm, professional demeanor during overnight hours. Training is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel front desk or hospitality is preferred but training may be provided for the right candidate.
• Strong customer service mindset with ability to handle guest needs during overnight hours.
• High accuracy in balancing reports and handling sensitive financial information.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary overnight contact for hotel guests and handle check-in/check-out tasks.
• Balance hotel and restaurant transactions at close of business, including reconciliation and cash handling.
• Run nightly audit reports and prepare end-of-night financial summaries for management.
• Explain hotel reports and folios clearly; protect guest information and confidentiality.
• Respond to guest concerns professionally and resolve issues as they arise.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
