Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Night Guest Laundry Attendant to assist guests overnight, including check-ins/check-outs and handling payments per guidelines.

You will manage all laundry tasks, answer phones, and uphold safety and security standards across the property, with duties spanning housekeeping support and breakfast setup as needed. Shift runs 11:00pm to 7:00am, offering a stable overnight role.

Qualifications

• : High School Diploma or GED or 1–3 months related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• : Demonstrated ability to follow safety rules and procedures.
• : Ability to operate basic office/housekeeping systems and complete routine reports.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests overnight with check-in/check-out per guidelines.
• Perform laundry tasks: wash, dry, fold linens, towels, and related items.
• Answer phones and handle guest requests professionally.
• Stock housekeeping carts, rooms, and laundry areas to PAR levels.
• Maintain breakfast grab-and-go setup as required by brand standards.
• Follow safety, cash handling, and key control procedures.
