Job summary

Extended Stay America in San Jose, CA is seeking a Night Guest Laundry Attendant to support guests overnight. You will assist with check-ins/check-outs, manage laundry tasks, and ensure safety and security procedures are followed.

This role requires basic customer service, attention to detail, and ability to operate the property's systems. The night shift runs 11:00pm to 7:00am, offering weekly pay and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Understand and communicate in English proficiently to interact with guests and associates.
• Operate the property management system technology and manage shift reports.
• Follow safety rules and maintenance instructions; complete routine reports.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests overnight with check-in/check-out and payments according to procedures.
• Process all laundry including washing, drying, folding; handle towels, linens, and related items.
• Process dishware and maintain cleanliness of dishes per standards.
• Stock housekeeping carts and laundry areas to PAR levels; ensure brand standards.
• Manage reservations and departures per company guidelines.
