Job summary

Extended Stay America in San Rafael, CA is seeking a Night Guest Laundry Attendant to assist guests overnight, check-ins/outs per guidelines, and handle laundry tasks.

You will wash, dry, fold linens and towels, manage dishware, stock carts, and help with breakfast setup while maintaining safety procedures.

The role requires basic education (GED or high school), English proficiency, and the ability to work a night shift in a hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience.
• English proficient communication.
• Ability to operate the property management system.
• Basic math for payments and reports.
• Ability to lift and carry laundry and supplies.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests overnight with check-in and check-out and payments.
• Process all laundry including washing, drying and folding linens, towels, and related items.
• Process dishware in compliance with company standards.
• Stock housekeeping carts and laundry rooms to PAR levels.
• Set up grab-and-go breakfast and conduct daily property rounds.
• Adhere to safety and security procedures and report issues.
