Stonebridge Companies in Saddle Brook, NJ is seeking a meticulous Night Auditor to balance revenues, perform nightly bookkeeping, and assist guests with check-ins/check-outs to ensure a smooth overnight operation.

You will verify payments, balance receipts, and coordinate with overnight staff, while delivering excellent guest service and maintaining room records in the property management system.

Qualificações

• Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
• Proficiency in basic bookkeeping and balancing financial transactions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in using property management systems and office software.

Responsabilidades

• Greet, register, and assign rooms to hotel guests.
• Balance daily receipts and revenues, performing income audits.
• Assist guests with check-out processes and inquiries, resolve discrepancies.
• Answer phone calls promptly and direct inquiries to appropriate staff.
• Make and confirm reservations with accurate data entry.
• Provide guests with information on hotel services and local attractions.
