Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and assign rooms to hotel guests.

• Maintain accurate records of room availability using the PMS.
• Balance daily receipts and revenues; conduct income audits.
• Assist guests with check-out; resolve discrepancies.
• Answer calls and direct inquiries; address guest needs.
• Coordinate with overnight housekeeping or maintenance.
• Make and confirm reservations with accurate data entry.
• Provide guests with information on hotel services and local attractions.
• Document guest feedback and escalate issues to management.
