Extended Stay America in Beaumont, CA is seeking a Night Service Representative Part Time to respond to on-call needs overnight, ensuring courteous service and high quality to guest satisfaction. You may assist with guest check-ins, key issues, and safety matters within 30 minutes of notification.

The position offers onsite lodging in a provided hotel room and overnight on-call schedule as part of employment, with opportunities to cover nearby hotels if needed.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret safety and procedure documents.
• Document events in writing and prepare routine correspondence.
• Operate the hotel mobile phone.
• Speak effectively before groups of customers; English proficiency.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and the PMS system.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests upon call notification from outside service agent for check-ins, emergencies, and safety situations.
• Maintain control of all hotel keys and log keys in and out.
• Organize and conduct limited guest check-ins/check-outs and collect payments when necessary.
• Keep abreast of hotel policies, training, and safety procedures.
• Ensure safety and security concerns are reported per policy.
• Assist guests with directions and information about amenities and local areas of interest.
• Perform bookkeeping activities such as logging events and posting payments.
• Maintain proficiency in location computer and software systems.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with first responders when necessary.
• May cover another hotel in area to meet staffing needs.
