Job summary

SW Hotel Management is seeking a Guest Service Agent for the Swing/Overnight shift in Los Angeles, CA. You will check guests in and out, handle monetary transactions, and support daily front desk operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out with a welcoming attitude.
• Maintain bank deposits and cash reconciliation.
• Review rooms inventory and rates; ensure accuracy.
• Handle faxes, packages, and mail; assist guests.
• Verify payment method at check-in and full payment at check-out.
• Attend meetings and training as required.
