Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in customer service; hotel operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Property Inspections: Conduct regular nightly inspections for safety and security.
• Guest Services: Check-in/out guests after hours and address needs or concerns.
• Laundry Duties: Manage laundry tasks and keep linens/towels organized.
• Cleaning & Maintenance: Vacuum, dust, sanitize public areas, restock supplies, and prep rooms.
• Emergency Procedures: Follow property emergency procedures and ensure guest safety.
• Other Duties as Assigned.
