Four Seasons Hotel Chicago is seeking an Overnight Front Desk Supervisor to lead the overnight shift, welcome guests, and coordinate with all departments to uphold exemplary standards.

The role requires strong attention to detail, a solid work ethic, and flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays in a luxury hotel environment. This position reports to the Rooms department and emphasizes teamwork and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Two years luxury hotel experience.
• Strong supervisory skills including decision making, communication, deductive reasoning and problem solving.
• Exceptional communication skills and command of English language.
• Additional language preferred but not required.
• Completion of Post-Secondary Education in Hospitality or related field.
• Strong Customer Service, Multi-tasking, and Communication Skills.
• Knowledge of Opera Property Management System.
• Responsive to constructive feedback from hotel leadership.

Responsibilities

• Supervises overnight shift at the Front Desk.
• Welcomes and registers hotel guests, explaining the accommodations and establishing credit or method of payment.
• Works closely with the staff from all departments to assure that standards are being met.
• Responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.
