Hilton Palmer House in Chicago is hiring an Overnight Front Office Supervisor to lead the front desk team, ensure smooth check-ins/check-outs, and deliver warm hospitality to guests from around the world. Shifts include 3 overnight and 2 evening shifts per week with evening hours from 4:00 PM-12:00 AM or 5:00 PM-1:00 AM.

Pay is $29.00 per hour plus monthly incentives; on-site benefits include one complimentary meal per shift and discounted access to the on-site fitness center.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise front office team: oversee check-ins/check-outs and guest service delivery
• Lead day-to-day operations: create schedules, train staff, and provide feedback
• Resolve guest issues: respond to inquiries and support staff in escalated cases
• Manage lobby flow: monitor guest traffic and adjust coverage in real time
• Night Audit duties: conduct night audits and balance the house for next day

The historic Palmer House Hilton is looking to grow its team with a customer-focused Overnight Front Office Supervisor. Featuring 1,641 guest rooms and more than 150 years of rich history, this iconic Chicago landmark offers an outstanding opportunity to build or advance your hospitality career while creating exceptional experiences for guests from around the world.

Schedule: 3 overnight shifts and 2 evening shifts per week, with evening hours scheduled from 4:00 PM-12:00 AM or 5:00 PM-1:00 AM.

Pay: $29.00 per hour, plus the opportunity to earn monthly Front Desk incentives

Additional On-Site Benefits: One complimentary meal provided per shift and discounted access to the on-site fitness center.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Supervise front office team: Lead team members in performing all front office procedures, ensuring smooth check-ins, check-outs, and guest service delivery
• Lead day-to-day team operations: Create team schedules, assign tasks, lead pre-shift meetings, and provide training, guidance, and in the moment feedback
• Lead guest issue resolution: Respond to guest inquiries and concerns directly while supporting team members in in handling complex or escalated issues
• Manage lobby flow: Monitor guest traffic in the lobby and adjust team coverage in real time to maintain service efficiency
• Night Audit duties: Completing night audits and night audit balancing of the house, while preparing for next day
