Four Seasons Hotel Chicago is seeking a Spa Receptionist to warmly welcome guests from booking to checkout. The role requires exceptional organization, guest-focused service, and multitasking in a luxury spa setting.

You will manage appointments, assist with retail, maintain the reception and spa areas, and coordinate with departments to uphold Four Seasons’ high standards. The position is part-time with early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Two years of experience in a similar luxury spa or hospitality role preferred.
• Knowledge of spa software systems such as Book4Time, Opera, and HotSOS is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and consult with guests about services, amenities, and spa facilities.
• Set and coordinate appointments, ensuring accuracy and alignment with guest preferences.
• Provide recommendations and assist with retail sales tailored to guest needs.
• Anticipate guest needs, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a memorable experience.
• Handle telephone and email inquiries according to Four Seasons’ service standards.
• Manage spa booking systems, ensuring reservations are accurate and optimized for productivity.
• Monitor guest areas hourly, ensuring cleanliness and functionality.
• Process payments, gratuities, and service vouchers accurately.
