The Montgomery County Coalition for the Homeless is seeking a Front Desk Staff Person to manage tenant and visitor flow during the overnight shift. You will greet clients, log entries, answer phones, monitor surveillance, and respond to incidents following crisis protocols.

This role requires a high school diploma and 6–12 months of related experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe, and the ability to de-escalate tense situations while maintaining a welcoming reception area.
