Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to operate monitoring and surveillance camera systems.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with tenants.

Responsibilities

• Oversee flow of tenants and visitors entering/leaving the facility.
• Greet clients and guests and maintain visitors log.
• Answer phones and direct calls; route inquiries appropriately.
• Monitor cameras and locked entryways; report incidents.
• Assist residents with maintenance work orders and mail/packages.
• Prepare incident reports and daily logs; follow crisis protocol.
• Attend staff meetings and support a safe, welcoming reception area.
