Responsibilities

• Greet and assist all visitors, clients, and staff in person or by phone.
• Answer calls and route inquiries to appropriate staff; take messages when needed.
• Monitor surveillance equipment and secure premises according to policy.
• Maintain front desk presence and enforce entry/exit procedures.
• Assist youth with basic needs and referrals to services as available.
• Coordinate with Support Service staff to schedule appointments.
• Record and maintain required paperwork following agency procedures.
