Job summary

FirstService Residential in Florida is seeking a Front Desk Associate to work Saturday and Sunday nights, 11 pm to 7 am. You will greet residents, screen guests, and manage access control, while maintaining accurate logs and responding to emergencies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
• College level courses in business or hospitality preferred.
• Two to three years of business experience preferred.
• Computer literacy: command of information system hardware/software is preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Multiple language fluency is desirable.
• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, manage guest and service provider check-in/out.
• Monitor Emergency Response System.
• Operate Electronic Security Control Systems.
• Maintain daily logs, records and forms.
• Respond to emergencies promptly and efficiently.
• Control access to the building and ensure security.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment across property.
• Support on-site property manager with assigned duties.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
