Qualifications

• Knowledge of accounting operations including AR/AP.
• Basic math and 10-key by touch.
• Ability to communicate in English and handle guest concerns.
• Ability to input and retrieve information using a computer.
• Ability to stand and perform front desk tasks.

Responsibilities

• Balance room, restaurant and bar daily transactions and postings.
• Post and balance charges and settlements accurately.
• Maintain files and reset systems for next day operations.
• Serve as front desk agent during shift when needed.
• Prepare daily revenue reports and audit data.
• Ensure reports and backups are complete and filed properly.
• Assist other departments as needed.
