Job summary

Towneplace Suites in Laredo, TX is seeking a Night Auditor to reconcile daily financial transactions and provide overnight guest services. This role suits detail-oriented individuals who can work independently during late-night hours.

Responsibilities include checking guests in/out, maintaining folios, handling cash, and ensuring brand standards while delivering exceptional service to guests throughout the night shift.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Smile and greet every person that walks through our doors
• Provide the highest quality of service at all times
• Promptly and effectively deal with any guest complaints or requests
• Check guests in and out of the hotel in accordance with all brand standards
• Accurately maintain all guest’s folios including posting payments and rebates
• Use appropriate telephone scripted greetings at all times
• Complete all required brand training within established timelines
• Understand and execute all emergency policies and PIC checklist requirements
• Maintain cash drawer and follow cash handling procedures
• Keep lobby and desk area clean and presentable at all times
• Communicate important information across shifts and to management
• Move/lift items weighing up to 50 lbs as needed
• Adhere to hotel rules, procedures, and policies
• Verify front desk transactions and ensure back-up balances to PMS
• Complete the PMS night audit procedures
• Print and complete all required reports
• Distribute guest folios to rooms for departing guests
• Communicate guest requests and safety concerns to overnight team
• Carry out other requests from hotel leadership
• Work with minimal supervision and make decisions to ensure guest satisfaction
